Ryan Christie serves as General Counsel and VP of Compliance and Finance at Carmel Solutions since May 2021. Prior to this, Ryan held various roles at PNC from January 2010 to May 2021, including Senior Credit Officer, where responsibilities included developing credit policies and training credit underwriters, and Credit Team Leader, managing a team and centralizing credit document processes. Ryan's career in banking began at National City Bank from September 2000 to December 2009, progressing through roles such as Credit Department Manager and Underwriter, focusing on loan preparation, risk negotiation, and portfolio monitoring. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Law (JD) from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, an MBA in Finance from Indiana University Indianapolis, and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Indiana University Bloomington.
