Michelle Soltys is an experienced financial executive currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Carmel Solutions since 2019, where the focus is on providing technology-enabled solutions for fintechs, lenders, and servicers. Prior to this role, Michelle was Managing Director at Medley from 2012 to 2019, contributing to the firm's alternative asset management efforts.
