Mark Baxter is an experienced realtor specializing in luxury real estate sales and marketing, currently affiliated with Carmel Realty Company since January 2016. Prior to this role, Mark was a partner at The Preserve Land Company, focusing on real estate sales within a prestigious 20,000-acre preserve in Carmel, California. Mark also worked as a real estate salesperson at Traditions Management, selling estate parcels and homes valued at $1 million and above. Before transitioning to real estate, Mark had a distinguished career in human resources with Delta Air Lines for nearly 27 years and participated in senior amateur golf tours from 2009 to 2012. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology, earned between 1972 and 1976.
