Richard Pluto is currently the Senior MEP Project Manager at Carmel Partners, with previous experience as a Project Manager at Hunter Roberts Construction Group. Prior to that, Richard worked as an Outfitting and Machinery Design Engineer at Aker Philadelphia Shipyard and as a Senior Engineer at Electric Boat. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Union College.
