Patrick Rodia

Patrick Rodia has been in the food service industry for over 30 years. Patrick started their career as a kitchen manager for Westport Restaurants Inc. and then transitioned to executive chef and food service director for Sodexho Marriott - Trusthouse Forte. For the last 14 years, they have been the food service director for Compass Group, NA, responsible for managing the food service operation of a corporate headquarters for a prestigous insurance company. In their current role as director of food services at Carmel Central School District, they are responsible for overseeing all aspects of food service for the district, including HR, health, safety, mentoring, and training & development. Patrick has also prepared corporate and client annual budgets, quarterly reviews, cost containment plans, marketing, and operational plans. Under their direction, the district has consistently exceeded client satisfaction through Platinum Service and maintained compliance with all kpi indicators. Patrick has also catered board meetings, upscale dinners, cocktail parties for senior management, clients and board members.

Patrick Rodia's educational career in food and nutrition began at The Culinary Institute of America, where they earned a certification in Food and Nutrition. Patrick then went on to earn a certification from The Culinary Institute of America in Food and Nutrition.
