Rob Coughtrey is a highly experienced quality assurance engineer with a distinguished career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Principal Quality Assurance Engineer at CarMax since September 2021, Rob previously held the roles of Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at OpenText from December 2019 following the acquisition of Carbonite, where Rob also worked as a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer until December 2019. Prior to that, Rob was a Senior Software Quality Assurance Analyst at Vision Solutions, after being a Level 3 Technical Support Engineer at Double-Take Software from February 2007 to February 2010. Rob's career began at Sunbelt Computer Software as a Professional Service Engineer and Product Trainer, and Rob held various technical support roles from 2003 to 2006. Educationally, Rob studied Computer Studies at Sutton Coldfield College from 1998 to 2003 and attended Plantsbrook School from 1992 to 1997.
