Jessica Chang is a highly experienced cybersecurity professional with a history of leadership in information security roles. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Cybersecurity at CarMax since April 2019, Jessica leads a team of ten cybersecurity engineers specializing in various domains including network security, endpoint security, and identity access management. Previous experience includes managing a global Security Operations Center at Markel, where Jessica improved incident response procedures and transitioned the SOC from reactive to proactive strategies. Jessica has a solid technical background, having held multiple roles that optimized security technologies and delivered significant process improvements. Furthermore, Jessica holds an Executive MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Virginia Commonwealth University. Jessica is also a public speaker, having participated as a panelist for WiCyS.
