Brenna Salgado, CSM, has extensive experience in marketing and operations, currently serving as Manager of Employer Brand & Recruitment Marketing at CarMax since June 2016, where previous roles included Senior Product Delivery Manager and Senior Operations Office Manager within the Digital & Technology Innovation Center. Prior to CarMax, Brenna worked at Vanguard from August 2010 to June 2016, progressing through various marketing and client relationship roles, including Event Marketing Manager for the Institutional Investor Group. Earlier in career, Brenna was an Event Planner at Andy Kushner Entertainment, Inc. Brenna holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from James Madison University and a Master's in Organization Development and Leadership from Saint Joseph's University.
