Melissa Dickson Frank has a wealth of work experience. From 1997 to 2001, they were the Director at TechLaw, Inc. Melissa then worked as the Director of Operations at Perfect Access Speer from 2001 to 2006. From 2006 to 2010, they were a Strategic Consultant at Kraft & Kennedy, Inc. During 2010 and 2011, they held two roles at Habitat for Humanity of Montgomery County, first as an Administrative Intern and then as a Development Associate. Finally, they were the Director at CARM Consulting, Inc. from 2011 to present.

Melissa Dickson Frank attended Penn State University from 1987 to 1990 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree. Melissa also attended George Washington High School in Philadelphia, PA.
