Iain Dickson is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in food operations and management. Currently serving as Head of Food Operations and Area Chef at Carluccio's since May 2011, Iain has also held the position of Head Chef at Bicester Village. Previous roles include Vaccination Centre Administrator for the NHS, Head Chef for the De Vere Group, and Executive Head Chef at Marriott Hotels, where Iain oversaw a successful rebranding. Additionally, Iain has experience as a Sous Chef at Principal Hotel Company and Head Chef at Old Luxters Barn, along with earlier positions at Compass Group and Marriott Hotels, showcasing a steady progression in the culinary industry since beginning as a Senior Sous Chef in 1994.
