Erika Gustin is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in litigation and legal support. Currently serving as a Litigation Associate at Carlsmith Ball since September 2019, Erika previously held the position of Partner at Impowerus, Inc., where the focus was on developing a Software as a Service platform to enhance pro bono legal services. Erika's formative experiences include a Public Defender Internship at the St. Joseph County Public Defender's Office, a Corporate Counsel Internship at THOR Industries, and a Summer Associate role at Carlsmith Ball. Additional internships include judicial support at the Supreme Court of Hawai'i and legal assistance at Tiffany & Bosco, P.A., managing a significant caseload. Erika holds a Doctor of Law from Notre Dame Law School and advanced degrees in Business Analytics and Business Law from Arizona State University, complemented by a certificate in Ethics.
