Therese Grytten Gustavsen possesses extensive experience in finance and business operations within the Carlsberg Group and its subsidiaries. Currently serving as VP WE Business Operations at Carlsberg Group, Therese has previously held the position of Senior Director Finance for the Western Europe Region. Additional roles include Central Business Partner Director at Carlsberg Denmark and various senior leadership positions in finance at Carlsberg Global Business Services, such as Finance Tower Lead and Senior Business Process Director. Earlier in the career, Therese was employed at Ringnes AS, part of the Carlsberg Group, where responsibilities included Business Process and Information Manager and Reporting and Planning Manager. The initial career experience includes roles at Ark Bokhandel as Business Controller and Category & Procurement Manager for non-books, along with Product Manager for childrenā€™s and seasonal items.
