Richard Chilson is an experienced production team leader with a strong background in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. Currently serving as the Production Team Leader at Carlsbad Tech since November 2015, Richard assists in managing a team of over 30 operators and oversees critical operations including tableting, coating, blending, and packaging. Previously, Richard held various leadership roles at Jif Pak Manufacturing, Noven Pharmaceuticals, and Hisamitsu/Noven Pharmaceuticals, where responsibilities included leading small teams, driving production goals, and optimizing processes. Richard's career began at Injectamax and Sumitomo Electric, where foundational skills in material mixing and operator coordination were developed.
