Marta Serrano Martínez is an experienced professional in research management and project evaluation, currently serving as the Gestora de ayudas de investigación en salud at Instituto de Salud Carlos III and as an International Project Manager for ERANET Cofund and CSA with the European Commission. Marta has been involved in evaluating Horizon 2020 projects and has expertise in managing innovation and securing financing for projects in various sectors, including agri-food and renewable energy, through previous roles at INNOVARUM. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, along with several master's degrees in Process and Chemical Engineering and specialized training in European R&D&I project management and technology commercialization.
