Wendy Spicer has a diverse work experience in the financial and accounting field. Wendy started their career as a Senior Assurance Auditor at Ernst & Young in 2002 and worked there until 2005. Wendy then joined IMG as an Accounting Supervisor from 2005 to 2007. Wendy then moved to Goodrich where they worked as a Senior Financial Analyst from 2007 to 2012. Wendy subsequently joined Carlisle Companies Inc and held various roles, starting as a Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis from 2012 to 2015. Wendy was then promoted to Director of Financial Reporting for a year before becoming the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, a position they currently hold.

Wendy Spicer's education history includes a Master of Accountancy degree from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, obtained in 2002. Prior to that, they attended North Carolina State University from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. Additionally, in May 2003, Wendy obtained the Certified Public Accountant certification from the state of North Carolina.
