Saloumeh Kolahchyan, MSc. Eng, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research and innovation within the thermoplastic products sector. Currently serving as the Senior Research & Innovation Manager at Carlisle Construction Materials since May 2018, Saloumeh manages a diverse thermoplastic portfolio, focusing on new product development, sustainability, and continuous improvement for a major corporation. Previous roles include a Research Assistant at the University of Mississippi, where Saloumeh developed polymeric ion exchange membranes, and as a Research & Development Engineer at Shahin Plastic, where innovative product designs for automotive applications were pioneered. Saloumeh holds an MBA from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Mississippi, and a Bachelor of Science in Polymer Engineering from Azad University (IAU).
