Bill Crawford is an experienced professional with a strong background in engineering, project management, and software development. At Carlisle Construction Materials since March 2007, Bill holds multiple titles, including Director of Innovation and Director of the Carlisle Operating System, overseeing the management, development, and deployment of web-based and mobile applications. As a co-founder of Kingdom Interactive, Inc. from February 2004 to June 2011, Bill contributed as a developer and publisher. Bill previously served as a Senior Civil Engineer at the PA Department of Transportation, managing highway safety programs and directing the development of Pennsylvania's crash data reporting service. Bill's early career included freelance work in web design and software development through Crawford Design. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Environmental Engineering with a focus on Project Management from the University of Pittsburgh.
