Raouf Hamitou is the current Operations Manager at CARLILI. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Marketing France at Airbnb from January 2016 to June 2020. During their time at Airbnb, they were responsible for the local adaptation of the global marketing strategy, Go-To-Market plans, adaptation of media plans, roll-out and management of 360 campaigns on the French market. Some notable campaigns they oversaw include the Tokyo Olympics 2020 campaign and "The Secret Villages of France" in partnership with the AMRF (DMO).
Before their time at Airbnb, Hamitou worked as a Social Media Manager at AKQA from June 2013 to December 2015. In this role, they were responsible for social media strategy implementation (personas, channels, etc.), partnering with influencers, athletes, trainers and consumers to create unique content, listening and using audience insights to inform content strategy, copywriting and managing creative briefs, and management & analytics tools - Sprinklr & Opal. Some notable campaigns they worked on during their time at AKQA include WE OWN THE NIGHT 2014, 10KM PARIS CENTRE 2014, NIKE WOMEN SERIES 2015, and NIKE WOMEN'S PARIS RACE 2015.
Hamitou has also worked as a PR & Social Media Manager (freelance) at BUZZMAN from January 2013 to May 2013, and as a Social Marketing Consultant (freelance) at Marcel Worldwide from December 2012 to January 2013.
Raouf Hamitou has completed a SpineUp management and leadership training program, a Master's in Management de Projet et Marketing Interactif from L'antichambre de Germinal, and a Bachelor of Communication & IAA Diploma from ESP Ecole Supérieure de Publicité, Communication et Marketing. Raouf is currently working as a growth hacker.
Their manager is Arnaud De Cazenove, COO. They are on a team with Sami Essabri - Fleet Manager, Nessim El Fassy - Park Manager.
