Jamie Carson is an experienced professional in transportation management with a strong background in rate engineering and billing. Currently serving as Manager of Rate Engineering at Carlile Transportation since July 2016, Jamie oversees the maintenance of rate records for freight billing and purchased transportation costs, while also training offshore staff to ensure data integrity. Previous roles at Carlile include Manager of Rating/Billing and Rate Engineering Manager, where Jamie implemented key performance indicators and enhanced rate database capabilities. Prior to joining Carlile, Jamie held senior leadership positions at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, focusing on the implementation of Transportation Management Software and carrier negotiations, and at Lynden International as Sr Freight Payable Manager. Jamie's educational background includes studies at Green River College from 1994 to 1998.
