Jonathan Gary has extensive experience in multifamily development and asset management, currently serving in a development role at Carleton Companies since December 2021. Prior to this position, Jonathan worked in asset management for multifamily properties at Greystar and JPI Companies from August 2020 to March 2020. Jonathan's earlier career includes account management in fixed income at PIMCO and manager selection for hedge funds at Franklin Templeton. Jonathan holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School, completed in 2018, and a Bachelor of the Arts in Economics from Princeton University, earned in 2011. Early education was completed at Greenhill School in Dallas, Texas.
