Dan Rustad serves as the Associate Vice President for Development at Carleton College since July 2002 and has held multiple leadership roles within the institution, including Interim Vice President for External Relations and Director of Development. With a strong background in major and planned gift fundraising, Dan has also worked as an Individual Giving Officer at Fairview Health Services and held various positions focusing on prospect research at institutions like St. Olaf College and Mayo Clinic. Dan holds a B.A. in Political Science and Religion from St. Olaf College and an M.A. in Philanthropy and Development from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota.
