Deon Kelly Keppner is an experienced healthcare professional with a career spanning over two decades, specializing in medical staff coordination and credentialing. Currently serving as the Senior Medical Staff Coordinator at Carle Health since November 2022, Deon has also held the role of Practice Manager at COMPREHENSIVE EMERGENCY SOLUTIONS, S.C. since January 2009. Prior to this, Deon worked as an Auditor for CVO at UnityPoint Health from December 2021 to November 2022 and as a Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist at UnityPoint Health Methodist from November 2004 to December 2008. Deon began credentialing in Hospital Medical Affairs in 1999 and achieved certification as a CPCS in 2004. Deon holds a Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Phoenix and a Certificate in Medical Office Assistant/Specialist from Illinois Central College.
