Sonja Kramer is an experienced professional in human resources and administration, currently employed as a Mitarbeiterin Personal- & Organisationsentwicklung at Caritas Schweiz since September 2022, after advancing through roles such as HR-Generalistin and HR-Assistentin. Prior to this, Sonja held various positions at Orthotec AG, including Sachbearbeiterin Auftragsbearbeitung and Sachbearbeiterin Inkontinenz-Handel, and briefly worked as a Sachbearbeiterin Administration at SIRMED Schweizer Institut für Rettungsmedizin.
