Victor B is an experienced advocacy officer specializing in humanitarian action and development cooperation within fragile contexts. Currently serving at Caritas International.be since February 2021, Victor B focuses on policy and advocacy efforts at both the Belgian and EU levels, collaborating with partners across countries facing issues such as food insecurity and displacement. Prior roles include serving as an EU Policy and Advocacy Assistant at the International Rescue Committee, where Victor B monitored policy frameworks and formulated advocacy messages, and as an Assistant in Campaigns and Mobilisation at CNCD-11.11.11, supporting climate justice campaigns. Victor B also has a background in volunteer work with refugees, including organizing English classes and fundraising for resources. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Refugee and Forced Migration Studies from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor's Degree in Politics and International Studies from the University of Warwick.
