Marina Bassil is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and operations. Currently serving as the International People Operations Lead at Caritas Australia since May 2022, Marina previously held the position of People and Culture Advisor at Youth Off The Streets. At the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), Marina managed human resources for the Middle East and North Africa Zone from May 2012 to October 2021. Early career roles include HR Manager at Serta Telecom Holding, HR Advisor at Freshsoftware PTY LTD, and Project Manager at Diadem PTY LTD. Additionally, Marina has experience in project management roles with the Office of the Commonwealth Games Melbourne and The Signcraft Group. Marina holds a Master's degree in Communications/PR from Universite St Joseph - USJ.
