Molly Hayes is an experienced communications and operations professional with a background in internal communications, project management, and quality engineering. Currently serving as the Employee Communications Manager at Caris Life Sciences since September 2022, Molly oversees the internal communications process, manages newsletters, and supports large-scale events. Prior to this role, Molly held positions at Option Care Health, where responsibilities included drafting internal communications and managing operations teams, as well as serving as Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer. Earlier experience at 3D Systems Healthcare involved quality engineering and biomedical design, focusing on the development of medical devices. Molly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from Baylor University, obtained in 2016.
