Elena Kim currently serves as a CDPAP Enrollment Supervisor at Caring Professionals, Inc., a position held since August 2024, after previously working as a CDPAP Enrollment Specialist within the same organization. Prior to this, Elena gained valuable experience at the U.S. Department of State as a Human Resources Assistant from March 2013 to March 2016, where responsibilities included employee orientation, benefits management, and processing personnel actions. Earlier experience includes roles at BAT from April 2008 to February 2013, where Elena worked as an HR Executive Shared Services/Personnel Officer/Recruitment and Administrative Specialist, focusing on HR service requests and ensuring customer satisfaction. Elena holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Tashkent State Technical University, earned in June 2008.
