Elijah Selent is a seasoned sales and performance management professional with experience in coaching and leading teams. Currently serving as a Performance Success Coach at Caring.com since November 2022, Elijah excels in sales management, overseeing 8-12 individual contributors while enhancing their core competencies. Prior to this role, Elijah worked as an Inside Sales Representative at Shred-it, where responsibilities included managing sales across four territories in the Mid-Atlantic Region. Elijah has also held significant positions at Better, including Sales Manager, where leadership of a team of over 12 contributors was pivotal in launching organizational models. Earlier experience includes roles such as a Field Business Consultant for Clean Juice, managing sales and operations for 25+ locations, and various positions at FRESH LIFE CHURCH and Elevation Church, which focused on content creation and campus support. Elijah began the career journey in 2016 as a Groundskeeper at TPC Piper Glen. A graduate of Dayspring Christian Academy, Elijah holds a High School Diploma.
