Nia Osborne is currently the Senior Manager of People and Culture at Caring Across Generations, a position held since August 2022. Previously, Nia worked as a Barber at Camera Ready Kutz, Inc. from July 2018 to November 2022 and interned in Social Work/Substance Abuse at Montefiore for a brief period in 2020. Nia has also served as Program Director at Coalition for Hispanic Family Services from June 2015 to August 2018 and held the role of Shift Supervisor at Starbucks from August 2010 to February 2015, where tasks included assisting the manager with operations and delegating tasks to partners. Earlier career experience includes working as a Photo Lab Technician at CVS Caremark Corporation from November 2004 to December 2006, focusing on customer service and photographic order processing. Nia holds a Master of Social Work degree from Hunter College and a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Medgar Evers College, CUNY, and attended LaGuardia Community College and Norfolk State University.
