Yohancy Martinez is an experienced professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Pool and Beach at Carillon Miami Wellness Resort since June 2021. Previously, Martinez held the position of Pool and Beach Manager at Faena Group from January 2017 to April 2021 and managed pool and beach operations at The Setai, Miami Beach from January 2012 to January 2017. Early in the career, Martinez worked as Head Bartender at Marriott International and as a Server at W Hotels. Educational qualifications include a degree in Computer Science from Miami Dade College, a degree in International Business with a focus on Operations Management and Supervision from Florida International University, and a degree in Human Resource Management from Miami Dade College.
