Matt Mindak is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales, marketing, and human resources. Currently serving as a Sales and Marketing Representative at Frontline Services since August 2023, Matt has also held various roles at Caribbean Pools since December 2019, including Hiring Manager, Sales Representative, and Assistant General Manager. In these positions, Matt has demonstrated expertise in evaluating candidates, streamlining HR processes, developing sales proposals, and fostering strong customer relationships. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a high school diploma from Marian Catholic High School, graduated in May 2015.
