Lauren Helbig-O'Reilly has extensive experience in product development and raw material management, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Global Product R&D at Carhartt since 2007. In this role, Lauren oversees a team of seven associates, manages raw material development while ensuring compliance with RSL guidelines and EU norms, and negotiates supplier contracts. Previously, Lauren held the position of Senior Product Development Manager, where responsibilities included managing new raw material developments and seasonal women's product lines. Prior to Carhartt, Lauren worked as a Sportswear Designer for both men's and women's apparel at Pelle Pelle from 2003 to 2005. Lauren holds a degree in Textile and Apparel Studies with an emphasis in Design, Textile Sciences, and Engineering from Western Michigan University.
