Ginny Abramson has extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Ginny worked at Carhartt from 1998 to the present, holding various leadership positions. In their current role as VP of Global HR - Associate Experience and Strategy, they focus on developing progressive people strategies and aligning them with business objectives. Previously, they served as the Vice President of Global HR and Talent Management, where they championed inclusion and diversity in hiring and retention. Before that, they held roles as Sr. Director and Director of Global HR Operations, where they set the vision and strategy for HR operations and advised leaders on people-related strategies. Prior to their tenure at Carhartt, they worked in human resources at Credit Union ONE from 1995 to 1998.
Ginny Abramson earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Siena Heights University in 1989. Ginny then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Detroit Mercy, completing it in 2016.
