Hsing Fu Tsai has extensive work experience as a senior software engineer. Hsing Fu began their career in 1995 as a MIS Manager at First International Computer, Inc. Hsing Fu then worked at Synnex as a Project Lead from February 1999 to December 1999. From December 1999 to April 2001, they worked for Ejasent as a Senior Software Engineer. Hsing Fu joined i2 Technologies, Inc. in May 2001 and worked there until February 2004 in the same role. Hsing Fu Tsai then joined OOCL as a Senior Software Engineer in February 2004 and worked there until January 2017. Since January 2017, they have been working as a Senior Software Engineer at CargoSmart Limited.

Hsing Fu Tsai obtained a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Syracuse University, completing the program from 1993 to 1994.
