Rick Foor, CPEA, CPSA, has extensive experience in health, safety, security, and environmental (HSSE) management, currently serving as the Health and Safety Manager at Cargill since October 2015. As a consultant with The Compliance Group since 1992, Rick provides a range of HSSE services including training and compliance auditing. Rick has also been a Limited Term Lecturer at Purdue University Calumet, teaching HSE courses. Previous positions include Health, Safety, Security & Environmental Assurance Auditor at BP, Manager of Environmental, Health & Safety at Solo Cup Company, and various managerial roles in safety and environmental sectors. Rick served as a First Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps Reserves, overseeing personnel and operations. Educationally, Rick holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Purdue University Northwest and an Associate of Science in Supervision - Safety & Industrial Hygiene, with additional credits toward a Master’s in Occupational Safety Management.
