Raymond Goertz is an accomplished sales manager and engineer with extensive experience in the oil, gas, and mining sectors. Currently serving as the Sales Manager for EMEA at Cargill since July 2022, Raymond previously held similar roles at Croda from April 2014 to July 2022, including Sales Manager and Business Development Manager. Raymond's expertise includes sales and key account management in specialty chemicals, as well as business development for energy technologies, specifically following Croda's acquisition of Rewitec. Prior to Croda, Raymond worked as an Account Manager at Mavom b.v. and held engineering positions at Philips Lighting focusing on process development and product innovation. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Fontys University of Applied Sciences and further studies at Eindhoven University of Technology.
