Norberto Rodríguez currently serves as the Director of Global Trade Operations and Customs Compliance for LATAM at Cargill, where expertise encompasses leading end-to-end global trade strategy and managing significant import/export flows across Latin America. Prior to this role, Norberto held senior positions at Kellogg Company, including Sr. Manager of LATAM Customer Service and Logistics, where responsibilities involved designing and overseeing foreign trade strategies. Experience also includes managing import/export operations as Mexico General Manager at AXON'​ CABLE and various roles within Kellogg Company focusing on customs compliance and customer service. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in International Business Management from Universidad Nebrija and an MBA in International Business from Tecnológico de Monterrey, among other educational achievements.
