Michelle (Shelly) Grogg has been with Cargill since April 1998, currently holding the title of Vice President, Corporate Responsibility and Executive Director of the Cargill Foundation. Prior to their time at Cargill, Michelle (Shelly) also worked at Piper Jaffray and the Governor's Office of the State of MN. Shelly graduated from Drake University in 1991 with a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Political Science.
