Madhushini Narayana Prasad is a seasoned professional in operations research and optimization with substantial experience across various industries. Currently serving as Lead Research Scientist at Cargill since November 2021, Madhushini previously held the role of Senior Optimization Engineer at ExxonMobil from November 2018 to October 2021. Prior experience includes contributing to operations research at Sabre Airline Solutions, where focus was placed on developing optimization software for the airline industry, and acting as Senior Planning Analyst at Caterpillar Logistics Services, providing network and transportation optimization solutions. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, a Master’s degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the College of Engineering, Guindy.
