Kara Harman has over 15 years of experience in recruitment and human resources. Currently a Lead Recruiter in Finance at Cargill since January 2019, Kara has progressed through various roles including Senior Recruiter and Recruiter. Prior to Cargill, Kara served at Big Ass Fans from February 2014 to December 2018, holding positions such as Recruiting & Human Resources Supervisor and Corporate Recruiter. Earlier career experience includes roles at the American Cancer Society, Arden B., Plato's Closet, and EXPRESS. Kara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Kentucky, completed in 2006.
