Gregory Broussard

Gregory Broussard has a diverse work experience in the field of financial trading and energy markets. Gregory started their career at Williams Energy as a consultant, analyzing energy convergence deals and providing guidelines for evaluating competitor activity. Gregory then joined J.P. Morgan as a derivatives trader, where they established an emerging markets currency and rates business and built an energy commodity business. Gregory later moved to Citi as a director, providing key commercial leadership in establishing energy trading and strategy capabilities. Gregory also served as the primary architect and leader of a talent development program. Gregory then worked at Trafigura as a derivatives trader, developing an internal derivatives execution and market making platform for North America. Gregory joined Cargill as a senior director, serving concurrently in trading, strategy, and sales roles to help double the top line revenue. Gregory is currently the Global Head of Financial Trading at Cargill, overseeing agriculture, energy, and environmental markets. Additionally, Gregory is an Associate Member of the Energy & Environmental Markets Advisory Committee at the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission.

Gregory Broussard has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance - Capital Markets from Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business. Prior to that, they obtained a BBA from Baylor University - Hankamer School of Business, with a focus on Accounting and Information Systems. In addition to their formal education, Gregory has obtained certifications such as "Global Foresight: Preparing for Future Trends" from CSIS and several certifications in energy management and trading from the Energy Management Institute, including "Advanced Technical Analysis," "Best Practices In Financial Risk Management," "Physical Crude Oil & Products Trading," and "School of Energy" from RBN Energy, LLC.
