Dwi Atmoko currently serves as an Agronomy Assistant at Cargill, a position held since October 2023. Prior experience includes working as a Division Assistant at Mukti Group from July 2022 to October 2023, where responsibilities involved monitoring and enhancing employee understanding of harvest practices, fertilization, and pest management in accordance with standard operating procedures. Dwi also held a short-term role at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) in July 2021, focusing on technical and managerial analysis of oil palm plantations, and was an Assistant in Pest and Disease management at Musim Mas Group from June 2019 to June 2021, which involved monitoring pest issues and employee training on teamwork and ethics. Dwi's early experience includes an internship at PT PP Bajabang Indonesia in early 2019, concentrating on rubber and cocoa plantations. Educational qualifications include an Ahli Madya degree in Plantation Production Technology from IPB University and a Bachelor's degree in Plantation Crop Cultivation from Politeknik LPP Yogyakarta.
