Willem-Jan Poodt has extensive experience in the brewing and food processing industries, currently serving as Senior Ploegleider at Prinsen Berning since July 2021. Prior roles include Team Lead Bottelarij at Royal Swinkels Family Brewers, where leadership of 22 operators on multiple glass packaging lines focused on safety, quality, cost, and output. Previous positions include Production Manager at Egga Food B.V. and various roles at Anheuser-Busch InBev, spanning First Line Manager for both Packaging and Brewing, as well as Allrounder in Beer Processing. Earlier experience includes roles at FrieslandCampina and Heineken, where responsibilities encompassed production, quality control, and process improvement.
