Maggie Dow's work experience includes a role as a Project Manager at Cargas Systems starting from May 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an Assistant Production Manager at Dyco Inc. from September 2022 to May 2023. Before that, they worked at KPI as a Project Manager from January 2021 to June 2022 and as a Project Management Intern from September 2019 to January 2021. Maggie'searlier experience includes working as a Customer Service Specialist at DICK'S Sporting Goods from June 2017 to September 2019 and as a Summer Office Assistant at Summer at Sem from May 2018 to August 2019.

Maggie Dow attended Penn State University from 2017 to 2020, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Project and Supply Chain Management. In December 2020, they obtained an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) with SAP Certificate from Penn State University. In March 2023, they obtained a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification from the Project Management Institute. Additionally, in June 2023, they obtained a Sage Intacct Certified Implementation Consultant certification from Sage.
