Daniel Hayes has work experience with Cargas Systems and the United States Air Force. Daniel joined Cargas Systems in 2021 as a CRM Project Manager and Project Team Leader. Prior to that, from May 2021 to July 2021, they were a Hiring Our Heroes Corporate Fellow. Before working at Cargas Systems, Daniel served in the United States Air Force for over two decades. Their role there was Squadron Superintendent, and they held this position from January 2000 to September 2021.

Daniel Hayes has a diverse education history. Daniel obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Sciences from Thomas Edison State University, which they pursued from 2013 to 2020. Prior to that, they attended the Community College of the Air Force from 2000 to 2004, where they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Meteorology. Daniel also completed an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies at the College of The Albemarle from 1997 to 1999.

In addition to their formal education, Daniel has also obtained several certifications. In May 2021, they completed Smartsheet Essential Training from LinkedIn. Daniel also holds a Professional Manager Certification from the Community College of the Air Force, obtained in August 2019. Furthermore, Daniel is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and obtained this certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2020.
