Abby Bair has a diverse work experience in various industries. Abby started their career at the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency as an Information Resource Intern, where they conducted research on advertising campaigns and interviewed clients. Abby also wrote client success stories and designed graphics for publication. Abby then worked at Giant Food as a Customer Service representative. Abby later joined Armstrong Flooring, Inc. as a Commercial Flooring Specialist and then as a Project Coordinator & Supply Chain Planner. Abby then transitioned to SCOPOS Hospitality Group, where they worked as a Senior Studio Coordinator. Currently, they are employed at Cargas Systems as a Business Systems Analyst.

Abby Bair attended Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a dual major in Business Management and Marketing. In March 2022, they obtained a certification on "Learning Microsoft Dynamics 365: The Basics" from LinkedIn.
