Harsimran Singh has a diverse work experience that spans various roles in different industries. In 2014, they started as a Trainee at Bhushan Power & Steel Limited. In 2015, they worked as a Brand Management Intern at The Viral Fever and as a Marketing Intern at Cargo Solutions Inc. Later that year, they also worked as a Management Consultant Intern at the University of Texas at Dallas, where they conducted research and analysis on the ceiling tile industry. In 2016, Harsimran worked as a Technical Sales & Marketing Associate at True Software Inc and as a Business Development Manager at MyAdvo.in, assisting clients with legal concierge services.

In 2018, Harsimran founded Cargaison Logistics Express, a logistics outsourcing company where they served as the CEO & Founder. The company aimed to streamline business operations and provide cost-effective solutions to logistics companies in the US. Harsimran also worked as a Director at AlmaBay, an e-commerce platform that focused on alumni and student engagement. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Space Bender at Daftar Decor, a role that began in 2023.

Harsimran Singh has a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Industrial Engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, which they obtained from 2011 to 2016. Harsimran also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from LM Thapar School of Management, which they completed from 2014 to 2016. Prior to their engineering studies, they completed their high school education at Swami Sant Dass Public School from 2009 to 2011.
