Rylan Hawkins is a seasoned technology entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in product development and engineering. As Co-Founder and CTO at Cargado since November 2023, Rylan is actively involved in shaping the company’s technological direction. Prior to this, Rylan served as General Manager for the Convoy for Brokers program at Convoy Inc from March 2016 to November 2023, overseeing sales, product, and engineering efforts, and previously held positions including Director of Product & Engineering for Convoy Go and Principal Engineering Manager. Rylan's entrepreneurial journey began as Co-founder and CEO of Storyform, where the focus was on enhancing online reading experiences. Earlier roles include significant positions at Microsoft, VibeGlobe, and in collegiate athletics as a member of the NCAA Men's Soccer team. Rylan holds a BS in Computer Science Engineering and Business from the University of Washington.
