Cristián Eyzaguirre is a highly experienced legal professional and educator with a substantial background in mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Since May 2000, Cristián has been a partner and senior associate at Carey. In academia, Cristián has served as a professor in the Master's program in Corporate Law at Universidad de los Andes from 2017 to October 2024, and previously taught M&A at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and corporations at Universidad Alberto Hurtado. Cristián gained international experience as a foreign associate at Pinheiro Neto Advogados and Skadden Arps. Cristián holds an LLM in Securities and Financial Regulation from Georgetown University Law Center and an LLB in Law from Universidad de Chile.
