Frida Norman is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and organizational development across various sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Driving Change since August 2018, Frida focuses on enabling top performance through tailored organizational development strategies. Frida also holds the position of Chair of the Board of Trustees at CareTrade UK Charitable Trust, which supports autistic individuals in finding employment, and has contributed as Chair at Northamptonshire Mind, advocating for innovative mental health services. Previous roles include Chief Executive Officer at Voluntary Action Reigate & Banstead Ltd. and Head2Head Sensory Theatre, as well as a tenure as Director of Organisational, Talent and Business Development at Top Doctors - Europe. An educational background that includes degrees in International Management and Economics and Political Science is complemented by ongoing executive education at Bayes Business School and Imperial College Business School.
